Register for this FREE 2-hour experience and explore the impact of Generational trauma as we engage an "UnCoupling" exercise towards un-silencing your wounds towards release through integrative group exercises led by the host, Tracy Gantlin-Monroy, LPC. Integrative therapeutic approaches (Brainspotting, IFS, & SE) will be used to curate the conditions for healing, together as a community, our energy, souls and presence will collectively set the conditions & agreements. My work with women, trauma clients, BIPOC community, generational trauma survivors, and violated persons understands the importance of moving at the speed of safety.
