Chicago, IL 60605We are excited to announce that the Under Armour Elite 24 Showcase, highlighting 24 of the best high school boys’ and girls’ basketball players throughout the country will be taking place this summer in Chicago.
On behalf of Project LOVE Chicago and Under Armour, we want to invite you, your parents, and Project LOVE Chicago's supporters to join us for a VIP, Invitation-Only opportunity to sit up close to watch the games. This basketball exhibition game will take place Friday, August 12 at Northerly Island Park, just east of Soldier Field.
What an incredible opportunity to experience an elite event, meet the participants, and give them a goal to strive for in the future. The girl’s game will begin at 4:00pm and the boys at 6:00pm with a skills competition between the games. Additionally, this will air live on ESPNU.
For the first time since 2016, the UA Next Elite 24 event returns to the summer grassroots calendar and will take place at Northerly Island on Friday, August 12. This event brings in 24 of the best girls and boys high school basketball players from around the country. The inaugural girl’s game will begin at 4pm and the boys at 6pm with a skill competition scheduled between the games. Both games will be televised on ESPNU. In its short history, six former players have been selected No. 1 overall in the NBA Draft (John Wall, 2010; Kyrie Irving, 2011; Anthony Bennett, 2013; Markelle Fultz, 2017; DeAndre Ayton, 2018; Zion Williamson, 2019), while 20 have been top five selections.Please RSVP for your group for FREE attendance to this VIP, invitation only event to sit up close to watch the games.There will be bleacher and standing room areas around the court for easy viewing.
