Release of Liability Statement
By attending the Black Executive Men West Palm Beach Social on the 12th of October, you acknowledge and agree to release, waive, and discharge Black Executive Men, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or to any property belonging to you, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in this event or in any activities related to this event.
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in this event and are aware of the potential risks involved. You agree to take full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur to you or your property.
By attending this event, you have read and fully understand this release of liability and agree to be bound by it.
