By participating in the Community Health Day event organized by the 100 Black Men of
Metropolitan St. Louis, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Guidelines:
a. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and event rules.
b. Respect the rights and safety of all participants, volunteers, staff, and attendees.
2. Health Screenings and Services:
a. The health screenings and services provided during the event are for informational purposes
only and not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
b. Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice and care from qualified
healthcare professionals.
3. 5k Walk/Run Marathon:
a. Participants must be in good physical condition and capable of completing the chosen
distance.
b. Follow the designated course, respect traffic rules, and ensure personal safety.
c. The event organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may
occur during the 5k walk/run marathon.
4. Consent and Media Release:
a. By participating in the event, you grant the 100 Black Men of Metropolitan St. Louis
permission to capture and use your likeness, name, voice, and images for promotional
purposes.
b. Participants have the right to opt-out or request the removal of their images or personal
information by contacting the event organizers.
5. Personal Belongings:
a. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and should not bring valuable items
to the event. The organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
6. Code of Conduct:
a. Respectful behavior is expected from all participants, volunteers, and attendees. Harassment,
discrimination, violence, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.

18th Annual Community Health Day Hosted by the 100 Black Men of Metropolitan St. Louis


Join us for a transformative day of health, wellness, and community spirit on September 21st at our 18th Annual Community Health Day. Celebrate with us as we promote health awareness and advocate for the well-being of Black men through a variety of engaging activities designed for all ages.

Schedule of Events:

  • 7:00 AM: Registration opens. Sign up, collect your race packet, and gear up for a day filled with activity and enlightenment

  • 8:30 AM: Yoga Warm-Up. Start the day with a revitalizing yoga session to stretch and prepare your body for the 5K race.

  • 9:00 AM: 5K Race Begins. Whether you're running, walking, or cheering, enjoy a scenic route designed for participants of all fitness levels.

  • 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM: Health Workshops & Panels: Participate in informative sessions led by local health and wellness experts.

  • Free Health Screenings: Take advantage of free screenings for PSA, Blood Pressure, Sickle Cell, and Diabetes.

  • Vendor Booths: Explore health and wellness products, services, and local initiatives.

  • Food & Music: Enjoy live music performances and a variety of local, healthy food options.

  • Games & Activities: Engage in fun games and activities suitable for the whole family.

  • Closing Remarks & Awards Ceremony: Join us as we acknowledge the achievements of participants with Individual Awards, Team Awards, Step Challenge Awards (Individual & Team), and Age Group Awards.


Registration Details:

  • Early Bird Price: $40 per person (pre-registration required by September 7th).
  • Regular Price: $50 per person (after September 7th)
  • Incentives: All pre-registered participants will receive a T-shirt and a commemorative medal.
