2. Health Screenings and Services:

3. 5k Walk/Run Marathon:
a. Participants must be in good physical condition and capable of completing the chosen
distance.
b. Follow the designated course, respect traffic rules, and ensure personal safety.
c. The event organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may
occur during the 5k walk/run marathon.
4. Consent and Media Release:
a. By participating in the event, you grant the 100 Black Men of Metropolitan St. Louis
permission to capture and use your likeness, name, voice, and images for promotional
purposes.
b. Participants have the right to opt-out or request the removal of their images or personal
information by contacting the event organizers.
