Calling all Homewood-Flossmoor High School Alumni! Get ready for an unforgettable reunion spanning over 65 years at the 2024 HF Alumni Weekend from July 26 - 28, 2024. This three-day extravaganza is your chance to relive the good times and reconnect with fellow Vikings during the following scheduled events: HFHS School-Wide Tour and HF Alumni Football Game (7/26), HF Alumni Boys Basketball Game (7/27), and the HF All-Decades Alumni Picnic (7/28). Join us for a weekend of nostalgia and camaraderie. We can't wait to see our Vikings back together again. Once a Viking, always a Viking!

Excited to attend but don't know what to wear? We've got you covered! Please visit our 2024 Alumni Weekend Apparel Store and order your special edition apparel with CODE: KG3Q3 by July 7, 2024. Orders can be picked up from Monday, July 22, through Friday, July 26, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the Alumni Office located within Homewood-Flossmoor High School South Building located at 999 Kedzie Avenue, Flossmoor, IL 60422.
The Alumni Weekend's Event Schedule
(Friday, July 26) HFHS School-Wide Tour: RSVP today for this FREE event! ONLY 100 spots available. This school-wide tour of both the South and North buildings will start promptly at 2:30 p.m. in the South Building Cafeteria located at 999 Kedzie Avenue, Flossmoor, IL 60422 Check in begins at 2:00 p.m. The Alumni Director, and current NHS students, will take you down memory lane as you visit the familiar areas on campus as well as admire the renovations and additions. Snacks and beverages provided. Please bring walking shoes and wear your Viking apparel (optional).
(Friday, July 26) Alumni Football Game: RSVP today for this FREE event! The HF Alumni Football Game starts at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2024, under the stadium lights at the HF Football Field located at 999 Kedzie Avenue, Flossmoor, IL, 60422. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. Witness current HF football players and alumni clash in an epic coed flag football game. Enjoy food, music, HF cheerleaders, and an exciting Mom vs. Son football competition. Don't miss this celebration of 6 decades of HF football history!
(Saturday, July 27) Alumni Boys Basketball Game: RSVP today for this event! There's a $5 cover charge at the door (FREE for children 5 and under). The HF Alumni Boys Basketball Game, hosted by Vikings United, starts at 2:00 p.m. in the North Building Gymnasium located at 800 Governors Hwy, Flossmoor, IL 60422. Doors open at 1:00 p.m. with a three-point contest kicking off at 1:30 p.m. Enjoy a live DJ and join us in celebrating 6 decades of boys' basketball history! All proceeds benefit the TEAM UP, NFP Vikings United Feeder Program to better promote healthy lifestyles, inspire leadership and encourage teamwork for those in the Homewood-Flossmoor School District.
(Sunday, July 28) HF All-Decades Alumni Picnic: Sign up now for this FREE event! Join us for the ultimate HF Alumni Reunion Picnic from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, at Jurgensen Woods Nature Preserve located at 183rd St., Lansing, IL 60438. Grab your lawn chairs (tents, grills, food and beverages optional) and enjoy reminiscing and catching up with Viking classmates. Limited free food will be provided until exhausted. Food trucks on-site. Enjoy music by alumni entertainers, a bounce house for the kids, and more! We will also pause for a "moment of silence" to remember our HF Viking angels. Don't miss out on this opportunity to reconnect with old friends and celebrate 65 years of HF legacy!
