1. Each guest must have a valid ticket for entry. Tickets will be checked at the door, and a valid ID is required.
2. Doors open at 7:00 PM, and programming begins promptly at 8:00 PM. Late arrivals will only be seated during intermission.
3. The event is a strictly formal affair, and attendees must adhere to the all-black, black-tie dress code. Failure to comply with the dress code may result in denied entry without a refund.
All Sales Are Final: Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to attend, late arrival, or failure to adhere to the event’s dress code.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Black Health Ball is canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds or rescheduling options will be provided at the organizers’ discretion.
