The Great Man Theory of Black History is a three-part documentary film series of the speculative historical genre that examines the lives of three transformative Black leaders of the 20th Century. It then paints a picture of what the world might look like had their assassinations not occurred. This picture painted by the series is not solely of a world that could have been, but of one that can still be. The Great Man Theory of Black History reminds us that the dreams of fallen heroes needn't die with them. Cooperation, peace, and unity are worthy causes to struggle for in any era.
Your support and donation will enable us to tell and distribute a story relevant to Black communities all over the world by helping us convert the final version of the series from digital to film print for traditional film projectors, and assist us in funding expenditures for equipment and promotion as we work to premiere this docuseries across Africa in 12 cities that represent the most vibrant cinema markets across North, East, Central, West, and South Africa.
