ActivateLIVE is a B2B tradeshow and conference designed for small business owners and decision-makers to connect, grow, and scale to their next Stage of Success. Our host, Amber Owens, created this platform to build valuable community and connections while providing opportunities for a one-stop shop professional development. We will concentrate on four main areas: business development, wellness and productivity, marketing, and capital.

By purchasing your ticket, you agree to be bound by the following terms. You further agree that you are authorized to enter into these terms as a binding contract between ActivateLIVE and you which allows consent to purchase the ticket through this platform.

Please note the following terms:

You order is not complete until you receive email confirmation of your order
Once order has been submitted, it cannot be terminated
There will be no cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges

All items are non-refundable under any circumstances.

In the circumstance the event has to be postponed, we will transfer the ticket to the new date and send out an email confirmation.

All ticket sales of any kind are final.

Unless otherwise stated, we will not issue refunds or credit for tickets purchased on this platform including events that are postponed or scheduled.

It will be at our sole discretion if the event is canceled. If you are entitled to a refund or credit you will receive an email notice about the event cancellation along with details on a rescheduled date.

A note on Covid-19 and payments/cancellations: Since we know that Covid-19 related cancellations could come from either side - venues could get shut down on short notice or exhibitors may need to cancel due to exposure - we will be very lenient in regards to giving attendees and exhibitors as many options as possible regarding refunds or credits related to this issue.
For the safety of exhibitors and attendees related to current conditions, appropriate social distancing should be implemented in how we conduct business; mask usage in accordance with latest CDC guidance should be implemented by attendees whenever interacting with anyone .
