Stress-free Saturday is all about creating a safe-space for Black men to come together for self love, empowement and encouragement through physical, spiritual and mental stimulation.
The morning will consist of massage, meditation, yoga, brunch and a plethora of resources to continue participants on a road of normalizing healing and wellness.
