Come join us for a relaxing yoga session this Wednesday in Colony Square with Black Girls Need Love, where we'll bend our bodies but not break our spirits! You will have the opportunity to meet other members of our community, particiapte in a jounaling session before we hit our mats at 6:00pm, and recieve some small free goodies (Journals and Stickers!) from BGNL <3
Each Wednesday of the summer season, Colony Square host free yoga sessions in the plaza. This summer BGNL wanted to take advantage of this opportunity as a social wellness event our entire community can take part in! Every week for the remainder of August, you can meet BGNL in Colony Square for journaling, yoga, conversation, and community. Check out the RSVP page for more details!
