- please dress comfortably and be prepared to relax
- you may also like to bring water, an eye/sleep masks, and/or a journal
- none of the above props are required; they are optional (and recommended) tools for you to find support

General Terms
WAIVER, DISCLAIMER, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Meditation, breathwork, and yoga are practices that can provide physical, mental, and emotional benefits. However, it is important to recognize that these practices may also involve risks and limitations that could affect certain individuals. This Waiver, Disclaimer, and Release of Liability ("Agreement") is designed to inform participants of the potential risks associated with these practices and to help them make informed decisions regarding their participation.
Before engaging in any of the activities offered by Meditation Circle LLC at Elevated Meditation Studio (owned by Mecca Elevated LLC) and facilitated by Carli Michelle (Carli Wright), participants are strongly advised to consult with their healthcare provider and mental health professional to assess their suitability for these practices given their medical conditions, physical limitations, mental health concerns, and individual circumstances.
By participating in meditation, breathwork, and yoga classes organized by Meditation Circle LLC at Elevated Meditation Studio, participants acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge and understand that participating in meditation, breathwork, and yoga classes may involve physical movements, postures, or breathing techniques that can cause physical strain, injury, or exacerbate existing medical conditions. I agree to participate only to the extent that I feel comfortable and safe doing so and to modify or cease any activity that causes discomfort, pain, or injury.
Emotional and Psychological Effects: I acknowledge that meditation, breathwork, and yoga may have emotional or psychological effects that can be unpredictable or challenging for some individuals. If I have a history of mental health conditions or trauma, I agree to consult with a mental health professional before participating in any of these practices to determine whether they are appropriate for my individual needs and circumstances.
Release of Liability: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in meditation, breathwork, and yoga classes organized by Meditation Circle LLC at Elevated Meditation Studio. I release and discharge Meditation Circle LLC, its representatives, agents, employees, and affiliates, as well as Mecca Perry, Elevated Meditation Studio, and Mecca Elevated LLC, and their respective representatives, agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in these practices, including but not limited to any injury, illness, or damage incurred.
No Substitute for Professional Advice: I acknowledge that this Agreement is not intended to replace professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I understand that I should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare or mental health professional with any questions or concerns I may have regarding my individual needs and circumstances.
By participating in the meditation, breathwork, and yoga classes organized by Meditation Circle LLC at Elevated Meditation Studio, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Waiver, Disclaimer, and Release of Liability, and I voluntarily assume the risks and limitations associated with participating in these practices.
