Event Summary
Join us for this culinary pop up, introducing two rising chefs, highlighting their takes on traditional favorites with modern Caribbean flavors and influences. Hosted by Chef Rich Williams and Chef Kelly Bradley.

Chef Rich Williams is a fresh-faced and versatile chef who has called the DMV his home since he was 13 years old. Now at 37, he is a self-taught chef with 15 years experience. He has worked for various restaurants and hotels, such as Joe's Stone Crab and Seafood and the Hyatt Regency. Chef Rich has also worked for names such as Jose Andres and was Sous Chef under Kwame Onwachi at Kith/Kin. Chef Rich is branching out now to share not only the knowledge and flavors of what he was both raised on and learned but also the passion that he has for food as well.

Chef Kelly Bradley, 36, is an up-and-coming pastry chef from the Philadelphia and South Jersey area. As an eleven year industry veteran, her culinary background ranges from American fine dining to Mediterranean to the flavors and cuisines of the African Diaspora. Chef Kelly’s desserts, being her ultimate passion, invite whimsical and almost nostalgic components to her dishes while pushing the boundaries but finding the balance between sweet and savory.
