This dinner commemorates the 20-year+ debut of the iconic movies "Shottas" and "Dancehall Queen," and aims to honor the cinematic legacy of Reggae's historical significance these films offer. This is a 7-course dinner, where each dish acts as a narrative thread, weaving together the stories of "Shottas" and "Dancehall Queen." Talented chefs Odain Smith from Jamaica and Coyd Jordan from Guyana will curate each course, infusing their culinary expertise and creativity to mirror pivotal scenes and events from the movies.
Every dish will be a work of art, on your plate and on your palate. From the first bite, you'll be transported into the world of the films, reliving key moments and experiencing the characters' journeys through a culinary lens.
