Join Elevated Survivorship, Patient Advocate Foundation, and UChicago Cancer Center on Thursday, April 24th, from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM for the launch of the implementation phase of The PinkPrint: Chicago Edition. This pivotal event marks the transition from planning to action for the Chicago Better Together Breast Cancer Disparities Think Tank, bringing together Washington Heights community members, civic leaders, healthcare providers, and advocates who will serve as the vital "community brain trust" guiding our implementation strategy.
