Founded in 1973 by a group of passionate leaders and Harlem activists, CHSCC has been at the forefront of advocating for senior citizens in under and unserved communities. Join us in celebrating the incredible impact of CHSCC and their unwavering commitment to improving the lives of senior citizens.

We are excited to announce that CHSCC has expanded to three (3) sites, providing quality programs, activities, and services to over 4,000 seniors in Central Harlem and beyond! Our mission is to enhance healthy living through education, socialization, and advocacy while maintaining the dignity and self-worth of our seniors.
