About UIU Cares Our Girl’s Health Project:
The Girl’s Health Program aims to educate young girls about women’s health and menstrual health in particular. UIU Cares works with their team in Enugu, Nigeria, to organize seminars covering various health education topics. Additionally,  UIU Cares provides a three-month supply of sanitary pads to secondary school girls in Enugu. In 2021, UIU Cares supplied sanitary products to 100 girls and conducted 12 women's health education lectures. The goal for 2024 and beyond is to supply sanitary products to at least 1,000 girls, with each package costing $500.

UIU Chicago Chapter aims to raise $500 funds to help sponosr one package.
