Drum. Yoga. SWEAT! is anew class taught by my friend and drum student NORA STEPHENS
She will lead you through a healing and energetic movement flow while connecting the internal rhythm of the breath to the accompaniment of live drumming provided by TOUSSAINT LIBERATOR and a few friends.
