- Community Hike: Connect with nature and each other. We will start with prayer so please arrive by 8 AM to stretch and walk safely together. (Early, but restorative! Parking can be busy, so we recommend ridesharing.)
- Mini Mobility Workshop: Led by BodyWorkbyZay.
- Guided Writing Session: At Cedar Ridge Preserve in the butterfly garden.
- Remember to bring water, comfortable hiking or walking shoes, a journal (for the writing session), a positive attitude, and your best friend! All ages are welcome, though kids are not encouraged.

Lindzay Duplessis is a passionate advocate for holistic wellness, dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being. As a New Orleans native, Lindzay's journey began with a BFA in Dance from Sam Houston State University. She furthered her expertise by obtaining certification in Massage Therapy from Parker University, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of the human body and its intricate mechanics.
Lindzay's commitment to promoting wellness extends to her role as a fitness instructor in the DFW Metroplex, where she leads invigorating Mobility & Pilates classes. Her multifaceted skill set also encompasses serving as a Licensed Massage Therapist and assuming the role of CEO at Bodywork By Zay.
With a deep-rooted passion for enhancing people's lives, Lindzay specializes in addressing chronic pain and improving restricted range of motion, all while prioritizing the enhancement of overall well-being. By leveraging her extensive knowledge and proficient skills, Lindzay is dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to wellness.
