GAC Volunteer Event: Understanding COGS

This workshop (private: for GAC Volunteers) will build on their previous session on revenue, and will dive into cost of goods sold (COGS)—a crucial element for small businesses to maximize pricing strategy and profitability.

• Breaking Down COGS – What it is, why it matters, and how to calculate it.
• Pricing for Profitability – Understanding how COGS impacts pricing and margins.
• Managing Costs Effectively – Strategies to reduce COGS and improve business efficiency.
• Financial Statements & COGS – Where it appears and how to analyze trends.

Entrenuity Founder and President, L. Brian Jenkins, will also give a brief presentation on the SUN Forecast App from SUN Suite–a collection of custom-designed web-based apps for entrepreneurs.
