Tickets purchased for Light It Up 2025 are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal schedule conflicts, illness, or other unforeseen events.
Elevated Experience purchases must be claimed by 11pm, or are subject to forfeit and resale.
Event Modifications
In the rare event of a venue change, date adjustment, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, alternative arrangements or credits may be offered at the discretion of the event organizers.
All items are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Tickets are transferable, allowing you to pass your ticket to someone else if you’re unable to attend. Please contact [email protected] with the new attendee's information by 12.30.24 for seamless transfer.
