Hip-Prov is a game show where comics and improvisers compete in short-form improv games and hip-hop challenges. It has been seen on club and theatre stages all over including Planet Ant, Toledo Funny Bone and Traverse City Comedy Festival. Audience members may also join in the fun by providing game suggestions, winning prizes and participating in a jam at the end of the show. The cast is joined by local beatbox extraordinaire Stevie Soul.
Host Tam White , creator of Hip-Prov, is a Detroit-area comic and improviser with an extensive background dating back to training at Second City Detroit. She is currently a resident cast member at Go Comedy Improv Theatre and Talent Director of the Detroit Women of Comedy Festival. She was mentioned in Hour Magazine as one of Mark Ridley’s favorite local comics. When she’s not teaching her ‘Rhyming in Improv’ workshops, she’s performing with her improv troupes.
1. Ticket Purchase: All ticket sales for the concert are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer law. Tickets are subject to availability and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.

4. Admission and Seating: Seating arrangements and availability are subject to the venue's seating policy and are determined on a first-come, first-served basis. The event organizers reserve the right to allocate seating and admission based on venue capacity and other operational considerations.
5. Age Restrictions: Some concert events may have age restrictions, and ticket holders are responsible for ensuring compliance with any age-related entry requirements. Valid identification may be required for age verification at the venue entrance.
6. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to adhere to the venue's code of conduct and any specific event rules or regulations. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to intoxication, harassment, or violation of local laws, may result in ejection from the event without refund.
7. Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the event of concert cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or artist unavailability, ticket holders will be informed of the rescheduling or refund process as per the event organizer's policies.
8. Liability Waiver: Attendees assume all risks and responsibilities associated with attending the concert, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. The event organizers, venue management, and affiliated parties are not liable for any such incidents, except as required by law.
9. Photography and Recording: Photography, audio recording, and video recording may be restricted during the concert at the discretion of the event organizers. Unauthorized commercial use of recordings or images captured at the event is prohibited.
10. Privacy Policy: The personal information provided during ticket purchase is subject to the event organizer's privacy policy and may be used for event-related communications and marketing purposes.
By purchasing tickets for the event, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional event-specific policies communicated by the organizers. Failure to comply with these terms may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without refund.
