On Friday, November 3, 2023, join Hoodie Season and the Southern Diplomats for a
Happy Hour at Shanklin Hall.
This happy hour will take place the day before Hoodie Season, which is the Last BBQ of the
Year.
Hoodie Season Vol. VII is not just any ordinary BBQ; it is a special gathering that embodies the
true essence of community. Hoodie Season raises funds to support programs to mentor and
support the disadvantaged Black Youth of DC. Additionally, Hoodie Season coordinates a
clothing drive to ensure that DC public school students are not walking to school underdressed
in the winter.
The Happy Hour is free, and Hoodie Season is a ticketed event on Saturday, November 4. For

Season. After expenses, all funds and resources collected are donated to programming for the

in kicking off the clothing drive. The Southern Diplomats understand the power of culture in
