Zero Tolerance Policy: Weapons and Public Disturbances

We prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all attendees at our events. By purchasing a ticket and attending any event hosted by the Company, you agree to adhere to the following policies:

  1. Weapons Prohibition: The possession of weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms, knives, explosives, or any other item that can be used to cause harm, is strictly prohibited at all Company events. Any individual found in possession of such items will be immediately removed from the premises, and appropriate legal action may be taken.
  2. Public Disturbances: Any behavior that disrupts the peace and enjoyment of the event, including but not limited to fights, physical altercations, verbal abuse, harassment, or any other form of misconduct, will not be tolerated. Individuals engaged in such behavior will be promptly escorted out of the venue, and may be subject to further legal action and/or banning from future Company events.
  3. Cooperation with Security Personnel: Attendees are required to cooperate fully with security personnel and event staff at all times. Failure to comply with their instructions or attempts to evade security measures will result in removal from the event premises.
  4. Reporting Violations: If you witness any individual violating these policies or engaging in behavior that poses a threat to the safety of others, please report it immediately to event staff or security personnel.
  5. Liability Waiver: Attendees acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the actions of individuals violating these policies.

Liability for Property Damage

  1. Responsibility of Attendees: Attendees are expected to treat event venues and surrounding properties with respect and care. Any damage caused to property, including but not limited to venues, equipment, furnishings, or any other items belonging to the Company or third parties, will be the sole responsibility of the individual(s) responsible for causing the damage.
  2. Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold the organizers of the evnt harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to any damage caused by the attendee to property during the course of the event.
  3. No Liability for Property Damage: The organizers of the event shall not be held liable for any damage to property caused by attendees or third parties during Company events. Attendees acknowledge and accept that they attend Company events at their own risk and assume full responsibility for any damage they may cause.
  4. Reporting Property Damage: Attendees are required to report any instances of property damage to event staff or security personnel immediately. Failure to do so may result in additional liability for the attendee(s) responsible for the damage.
Refund Policy

By purchasing a ticket for this event you agree to abide by the following refund/dispute policy:

  1. All ticket sales are FINAL. There will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges, regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Inability to attend the event for ANY reason.
    • Dissatisfaction with the event.
    • Technical difficulties or issues related to accessing the event.
    • Event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Inability to get into the event because of an influx of attendees.
  2. The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds at its sole discretion.
  3. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of an event by the Company, ticket holders will be notified via the email address provided at the time of purchase. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate ticket holders with options such as rescheduling the event or providing credit for future events. However, the Company is not obligated to provide refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  4. Any disputes regarding ticket purchases must be brought to the attention of the Company within 7 days prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any potential refund or exchange.
  5. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron for any reason that it deems puts the general public and other ticket holders at risk.
  6. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that the Company's decision regarding refunds or exchanges is final and binding.
Miscellaneous Policies

By proceeding with the purchase of a ticket, you affirm the following:

  1. You have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the refund policy, which stipulates that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
  2. You have read, understood, and agree to abide by the policies outlined in the Zero Tolerance Policy: Weapons and Public Disturbances section, which prohibits the possession of weapons and disruptive behavior at Company events.
  3. You agree to the terms outlined in the section regarding liability for property damage, acknowledging that attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to property during Company events.
