Join Mana in practicing mindfulness through our free, group meditation sessions - led by holistic healer Lotus Noreen and held on our Mana field. This Heart-Centered Guided Meditation for Community Healing will include a meditation integrating meditative drumming, visualization, and flower essences focused on the intention of individual and community healing.
This event is BYOM - bring your own mat.
Meet your instructor… Lotus Noreen is a Holistic Healer with professional training in Yoga, Meditation, Shamanic Ceremony, Herbalism, Flower Essence Therapy, & Holistic Nutrition.
