Join us for a groovy day of music, fun, and nostalgia at the Morgan Park Roots Throwback Music Festival! Get ready to dance, sing, and relive the iconic hits from our featured musical guests - ReTurn 2 Soul, Down by Law, KenChris; Gospel Artist Derrell Green with Arnett Chapel Praise Team, Pastor Donald Smith & The Holy Jerusalem Praise Team. Our Gospel segment will be MC'd by Rev. Melishia Bansa. Dj Hawk will spin the vinyl for the day! This FREE in-person event will take place on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 11250 S Ada Street, Chicago, IL 60643, from 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Aside from the fantastic performances, we'll have Line Dancing with Phil Boogie S&STBW, we have a special scrimmage game by our very own Ada Park Lil Bears football team, a Sanctioned Boxing Tournament, Seniors/Veterans Canopy, other fun children's activities, and exciting activities to keep you entertained throughout the day.
