Event Summary
The My State of Mind community bike ride and Wellness Block Party is a collaboration between SocialWorks, Black Joy Ride & G Herbo's charity Swervin' Through the Stress.
Participants will meet at Harold Washington Cultural Center, and bike ride approximately 5 miles in the Bronzeville neighborhood. When returning to the original site, participants will be met with wellness block party festivities, such as a live DJ, wellness vendors, healthy bites, a bike raffle, and more! Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in a restorative yoga session (while supplies last).
