Legend is a game changer in their field and has successfully carried out NSBE’s mission of excelling academically, succeeding professionally and positively impacting the community. NSBE Legends that precede Maj. Gen. Johnson include NSBE Founders Edward Coleman and George Smith; Ernst and Young Partner, Regenia Sanders; Dr. Aprille Ericsson, NASA's STAR Mission Control Director; Virginia Booth-Womack, Minority Engineering Director at Purdue University; and Candice Smith, Director of Engineering Strategy & Operations at The Boeing Company.
