About Us
Project LOVE Chicago & Dream Chasers Elite have partnered to create the "Project Dream Chasers" AAU travel basketball initiative.
Project LOVE Chicago is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that strives to break the cycle of poverty, decrease violent crimes, and increase youth academic outcomes. We do this by providing academic, employment, and athletic resources to vulnerable black populations throughout the Chicago area. Our programming is aimed at helping prepare black individuals with academic support resources and critical job training skills to build wealth in black communities and close the racial and ethnic wealth gap in Chicago.
Our AAU travel basketball initiative, Project Dream Chasers, will give Black Chicago youth the opportunity to gain exposure and play travel basketball for free. Project Dream Chasers gives our youth the opportunity to live out their dreams athletically and get them involved in our academic programming to make them more well-rounded individuals.
