Event Summary
With increasing priority given to mental health by SocialWorks students, in 2019 SocialWorks embarked on the My State of Mind (MSOM) initiative – a free website where Chicagoans can research, explore, and contact wellness programs throughout Chicago and Cook County. To date, My State of Mind has over 2.9k wellness programs ranging in the modalities of technology, movement, mindfulness, community, arts, and clinical practices.
