Our Sustainable Fashion Fair is the last event in Summer Wellness Series and we want to close it with a bang!
For the second year, we are popping up at Overton Elementary School during their community day to offer you a bigger and better sustainable fashion showccase. This year, we will be partnering with artist, iicky Belmontes to put on our sustainable fashion fair. He and other local artist will be hosting stall to teach all of us some sustainable fashion practices that we can all integrate into our daily lives.
We will have stations with tutorials on hand mending, mechine mending, screen printing, and natural dying. In addition, we will once again be hosting our clothing swap! Bring all the gently used garments that you haven't worn all season and swap them out for some new pieces. The Goody Vault will also be on site with a $5 vintage bin and Novel Pizza will be popping up with some slices. DJ GNat, Kierra, and Tia will be providing the tunes.
