Swim Noire Chi Inaugural Event

Join Swim Noire Chi for a Sunday Funday with Equinox Master Swim Coach will walk us through a 1 hr session including drills and training techniques. 10:30am arrival time suggested to sign waivers and be ready to hit the water by 11am. 

 

Participants are encouraged to bring goggles, swim cap and swimming fins, but they are not required 

 

Participants will have access to Equinox for the remainder of the day and are welcomed to use showers, saunas or join a restorative yoga class.
