Event Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. This policy outlines the process for event cancellations and what to expect in such situations.

Event Cancellations by Us:

In the rare case that we need to cancel an event, we will make every effort to notify ticket holders as soon as possible via email and text (you must opt in to receive this text form of communication). We will then offer the following options (depending on the circumstances):

• Full Refund: A full refund of the ticket price will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
• Event Reschedule: If possible, the event will be rescheduled for a later date. Ticket holders will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
• Alternative Event: We may offer the option to attend a different event of comparable value.

Event Cancellations by You (Ticket Holder):

• Ticket Transfer: You may be able to transfer your ticket(s) to another person. Please refer to our separate policy on ticket transfers for details.
• Waitlist: If the event is sold out, you can add your name to a waitlist in case tickets become available.
