The Wind Down is a virtual yoga and meditation class designed to help you find tranquility, balance, and rejuvenation amidst the hustle and bustle of the week life. Hosted every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, this class offers a sanctuary where you can unwind, reflect, and cultivate mindfulness from the comfort of your own home.

Duration: Each session will last approximately 60 minutes, providing ample time for relaxation and reflection.

Virtual Platform: The class will be conducted via Google Meet allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home.

Interactive Sessions: Sessions will be interactive, featuring a combination of guided exercises, group discussions, and Q&A sessions.

Accessible Materials: Supplementary materials such as guided meditation recordings, relaxation scripts, and recommended reading may be provided to support your practice outside of class.

Who Should Attend: The Wind Down is suitable for individuals of all experience levels, including beginners seeking to establish a mindfulness practice and seasoned practitioners looking to deepen their skills. Whether you're struggling with stress, seeking balance in your life, or simply craving a moment of tranquility, this class welcomes you with open arms.

General Terms

By purchasing this ticket I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga class offered by Lesley Pace Yoga and Flow 'N Frequency, hereinafter referred to as the "Studio":

Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in yoga classes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, muscular strain, and the risk of personal injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur as a result of my participation.

Physical Condition: I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in yoga classes. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any concerns about my health or physical ability.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to bodily injury, disability, death, property damage, or loss, that may be sustained by me while participating in yoga classes, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to my participation in yoga classes or any breach of this waiver.

Photography/Video Release: I grant the Studio permission to photograph, record, or videotape my likeness and/or voice and to use such materials for promotional purposes without compensation or notification.

Compliance with Studio Policies: I agree to comply with all Studio policies and guidelines, including but not limited to safety protocols, class rules, and instructions provided by instructors.

Voluntary Participation: I acknowledge that my participation in yoga classes is voluntary and that I have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver. I agree to abide by these terms voluntarily and without coercion.

I have read this liability waiver and fully understand its contents. I acknowledge that I am giving up substantial legal rights by signing it and that I do so freely and voluntarily.
