Join the Black and Latinx Law Student Associations at the University of Illinois Chicago for our annual Back to School BBQ!
The purpose of the event is to bring together Black and Latinx current and new students to catch-up, play fun games, and enjoy good food before the fall semester officially kicks off.

Event Details
The BBQ will be taking place at Montrose Beach* from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday August 18th, 2023. There will be games, tacos, and various sides, punctual arrival is highly suggested!
We understand that Chicago's lakefront can sometimes be hard to navigate, the best way to find the exact space on Montrose Beach we will be at is type 'ParkChicago 400121' into your GPS/maps, or following the appropriate signage/directions to the corner of N Simonds Dr and W Lawrence Avenue near the Montrose Beach dog park. A phone number to call if anyone is lost or having trouble finding us will be sent out on the day of the event.
