In honor of Celebrating Women and Motherhood, The Self-Care Spa & Lounge & Exclusive PR is collaborating on a Wellness Brunch & Panel Discussion on Sunday, April 30th from 12pm-4pm. This event is to bring together women from all walks of life. We will be offering a guided meditation, brunch, insights from a mental health expert from Amita Health along with a few guest speakers who are savvy business owners in Chicago!
Event Details
A new season is upon us and it is about bringing women together so that we can support, empower, and lift each other up. This event is about sisterhood and bringing women together to encourage, network, and create a safe space to discuss the hardships women face in everyday life as mothers, women in business, and just navigating life in general.
