Welcome to the Woodlawn Plant-Based Festival at Park Station Lofts! Experience plant-based foods, urban agriculture, biomaterials, and sustainability on individuals' health and the ecosystem.
The Woodlawn Plant-Based Festival aims to bring together organizations and individuals who are at the forefront of the plant-based movement to showcase their work in an engaging and interactive setting. Through a variety of activities, presentations, and demonstrations, the festival will educate and inspire attendees about the benefits of plant-based living and sustainable practices.
The festival features
The Woodlawn Plant-based Festival is a Transit Station Activation under the Regional Transit Authority of Northeastern Illinois’ 2024 Pilot Community Planning program. This event is situated directly next to the 63rd/Cottage Green Line rail station and is intended to bring increased presence of people to transit stations and stops as a solution to real or perceived public safety concerns.
