8:30 pm - Doors Open: Guests arrive and check in at the registration desk.

8:30 pm-9:30 pm - Cocktail Hour: Guests mingle and enjoy two signature drinks featuring Fino Tequila, crafted by our expert mixologists. The drinks will be accompanied by a combination board of artisanal cheese and charcuterie with fruit, as well as Caprese skewers with burrata, tomatoes, and basil (V).

9:30 pm-10:30 pm - Dinner Service: Guests will be served a delicious meal that includes Eleven | Eleven famous truffle fries, petite chicken & waffles, and black Angus sliders with cheddar, truffle mayo, and bacon jam.

10:30 pm-11:30 pm - Dessert and Dancing: As the night heats up, guests can indulge in delectable desserts and hit the dance floor to celebrate Cinco de Mayo in style.
