RSVPs give you until September 1 to purchase your bus pass. If you don’t meet the deadline, your seat will be forfeited to the waitlist.

What to Expect:
- Friday: Board the bus at a designated location in downtown Atlanta and enjoy a comfortable ride to our group hotel in Orlando. Transportation will be provided to our exclusive group dinner that evening.
- Saturday: Start the day by boarding the bus from the group hotel to the theme park for a day of fun, group activities, and exploration. In the evening, return to the hotel for a lively game night.
- Sunday: Check out of the hotel and head to a private group brunch before departing Orlando for Atlanta.

This is a private group trip funded by participation, and we rely on participant contributions to secure the charter bus. In the event that the mandatory minimum reservations to reserve the bus are not met by September 1, the bus trip will be canceled. However, all planned group dinners, activities, and events in Orlando will still proceed as scheduled.
Attendees will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to Orlando in this scenario. No refunds will be issued, as all sales are final. If you purchased Refund Protection, please refer to the Refund Policy for details on filing a claim.

You may transfer your bus ticket to another attendee until the September 1st deadline. To request a transfer:

Provide your order information and the full name of the person you are transferring the ticket to.
No transfers will be permitted after the September 1st deadline.
Participants must be 21+ to ride the bus, as alcohol will be served.
Prohibited Items:
Outside alcohol, weapons, or cannabis are strictly prohibited on the bus.
Ice chests are not allowed.
Baggage Policy:
Each attendee may bring one suitcase and one small personal item (e.g., backpack or purse).
Large bags will be stored under the bus in designated storage.
Departure Information:
The departure address will remain private for security purposes. Details will be shared with attendees closer to the event date.
Local Participants:
Attendees not riding the bus must RSVP to participate in group activities and private dinners.
Locals may join us at the park (open to the public of course), but they will not have access to group dinner reservations or the detailed itinerary.
Personal Responsibility
Participation is at your own risk. While we have taken steps to reduce risks and prioritize safety through organized planning, attendees are ultimately responsible for their own safety during the trip.
Safety and Security
All bus riders are required to sign a waiver prior to the trip. While this is a private group event, we will be in public spaces in Orlando, and no security will be provided at any point. To prioritize safety, we have arranged organized group transportation and will maintain discretion by only sharing addresses for optional group dinners with attendees. The theme park enforces its own security measures. Participation is at your own risk, but we have taken every effort to reduce risks and prioritize safety through careful planning.

Important Documents: Attendees will receive vital trip documents and updates via email.
